Our philosophy is very simple: We are intentionally developing great leaders and athletes who are discovering how to live for Christ. This purpose is to love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength and love their neighbor as themselves. It is amazing to see our players and coaches growing a sincere passion for the souls of men while learning what it means to be an Ambassador for Christ.
2025 Baseball Teams
6/7U Development
This team will be focused on developing their skills through camps and workshop styles of practice all season long. We may have a few opportunities for game-like experience, but for the majority of their season, it will be developmental.

Our 8U Coach Pitch Team is moving from development into competition. We will increase the opportunities for games and tournaments as these boys are now ready to test their skills.

Our 9U baseball team is committed to the big picture process of baseball. At this age, we are first-year kid pitch, and the focus of our baseball development will be centered on slowing the game down and helping to learn the process of the game of baseball.

At this age, we are now ready to start competing in more tournaments and events. Our goal for this team will be to focus on skill development and fundamentals during the week and then challenging ourselves through tournament play in Saturday-only tournaments.

Baseball Development
Our philosophical belief in regards to youth sports is to emphasize the fundamental development of each athlete. There is a strategy which says that you should play as many games as possible in order to develop. Our rationale for staying away from this mentality is to prioritize the long-term effects that competition has on an individual. We want our Ambassadors to have a foundation of fundamentals as their bodies change and grow. This will set them up for success in the prime years of their athletic life.
